Our journey began in 2022, when we determined that Williamsburg would undoubtedly be the next destination following the success of our locations in other parts of Virginia. We observed that Mexican cuisine with a seafood twist was quite rare, particularly in rural areas like Williamsburg. Hence, 7 Mares introduced the vibrant coastal flavors alongside Mexican and Tex-Mex influences to the inland community. It didn't take long for us to appreciate the warm reception and how both locals and visitors delight in our seafood-infused Mexican dishes.
